Contact/Fees
An initial consultation is a useful place to start the experience of therapy. This meeting would give you a sense of the work, and for both of us, of how we would work together. This way we will have the opportunity to discuss what motivates you, what brings you to therapy and what you would like to get from it.
There is no commitment at this stage and you can explore whether you think therapy will be helpful. If, on reflection, we feel we can work together, then i will offer you a regular weekly session.
Regular sessions
Meeting at the same time each week provides a predictable and reliable framework in which you can work on your difficulties. Most people find that the regularity creates security and trust, and this gives momentum to the therapeutic process.
How much will it cost?
My fee for a regular 50 min session is £55.
An initial exploratory consultation costs £35.
A individual Pesson Boyden session (60 mins) is £70.
